About The Position

The Anesthesia Technician is a self-motivated individual who can function independently. They will contribute to smooth room turnovers of the operating room. The Anesthesia technician will assist in disinfection of the room and anesthesia equipment processing.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Anesthesia Technician, OR Aide, or SPD Technician
• Current CPR recognition
• Understanding of Medical Terminology
• Technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.
• Able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
• Responsible for age-related physiological, emotional and cognitive needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
