Responsibilities
Maintains anesthesia machines and equipment.
Sets up operating rooms with required anesthesia and physiologic monitoring equipment in preparation for anesthesia in surgical and obstetric suites.
Removes and cleans equipment at end of procedures (if possible) and restocks anesthesia supplies for subsequent use.
Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Validation Checklist(s).
Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives.
Attends all meetings and trainings as required
Attends all mandatory education programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety and regulatory compliance.
Attends all required department-specific education and training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to department safety and specific job‑related hazards.
Demonstrates proper body mechanics in all functions.
