About The Position
Los Angeles Reproductive Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Andrologist to join our team in Encino. This role plays a critical part in supporting fertility treatments and delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of male reproductive laboratory procedures and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Familiarity with fertility or reproductive health procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience in an andrology or fertility laboratory setting
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lab Director and Physician to support patient care and treatment outcomes
- Perform semen analysis, including concentration and motility assessments
- Process semen samples for IUI and other assisted reproductive procedures
- Perform cryopreservation of semen samples
- Thaw frozen specimens and evaluate post-thaw survival
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry and documentation
- Assist the laboratory and embryology team in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as laboratory accreditation standards
- Support general lab functions and complete additional duties as assigned
