  • Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically within Best Buy retail store leadership.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
  • A proactive and driven self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • The ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers.
  • Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments – a valid Driver's License is required.
  • Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more

Responsibilities

  • Effectively promote the Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Best Buy locations.
  • Ensure an excellent experience for end-consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
  • Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem.
  • Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
