About The Position

The product is a joint virtual banking and cryptocurrency wallet that enables users worldwide to move seamlessly within a unified financial ecosystem. Stablecoins are transforming cross border payments and creating an opportunity to rebuild financial infrastructure for billions of people who need better financial access. The team is senior only, fast moving, and well funded, led by founders with successful exits. Every hire directly shapes product direction and delivers immediate impact on global financial inclusion.
Requirements
- Five plus years of experience building and shipping consumer facing Android applications
- Strong expertise in native Android development using Kotlin or Java
- Experience designing scalable and high performance mobile architectures
Nice To Haves
- Experience building applications for Latin American markets
- Experience in financial technology
- Strong design sense and attention to user experience
- Full stack engineering experience with ability to collaborate across backend and frontend teams
Responsibilities
- Lead mobile client development.
- Architect the Android application.
- Establish engineering standards.
- Build a high performance, reliable, and secure mobile experience from the ground up.
- Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates.
- Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
