The role includes teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, teaching and advising graduate students conducting relevant research, and building extension and outreach connections with agricultural leaders and groups, policymakers, and the public in Ohio and nationally. The chair will collaborate across the university and with external organizations, contribute to student success and graduate education, and serve the department, university, and professional communities.
