Requirements

Ability to supervise staff and provide clear direction in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Position requires constant walking and standing in an outdoor environment and lifting/carrying 25+ pounds
High school diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the Lawn Chair Crew during show days
Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and resolving minor issues promptly
Oversee the distribution, collection, and organization of lawn chairs throughout the venue
Assist the Ancillary Manager with the setup, operation, and breakdown of ancillary areas (lawn chair rentals, signage, equipment)
Handle sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems or handheld devices
Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the event
Communicate effectively with the Ancillary Manager and other departments to support event operations
Oversee post-show chair cleanup, including directing staff and ensuring all chairs are properly collected and stored
Coordinate team rest & lunch periods in accordance with state and local law and ensure coverage.
