Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Ancillary Health Services Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and post-offer screening for new hires within the department. Responsible for managing the staffing schedule for all clinical personnel to ensure optimal coverage that meets resident care needs and regulatory standards. Manages the payroll process by accurately tracking attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time clock activity. Provides clerical and administrative support to the department, while demonstrating a high degree of initiative and discretion in managing complex, sensitive, and confidential tasks within a dynamic healthcare environment.
