Requirements

• Television news anchoring - 5-7 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field or comparable television work experience
• Experience in live shooting and editing news
• Excellent on-air camera skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver
• Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
• Must be open to travel to discover the important stories in your neighborhood and willing to interact with the community
• Work different shifts or longer shifts due to "breaking news" and severe weather emergencies
• Able to work weekends and holidays

• Create compelling, timely, and accurate content intended to engage and connect with viewers across traditional and digital platforms
