About The Position

PMG is seeking an Analytics Senior Lead to join their Analytics team. This role is crucial in transforming data into strategic insights that drive marketing, media, and business decisions. The Senior Lead will collaborate with various teams to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and provide clarity to brands connecting with their audiences. Responsibilities include building dashboards, designing attribution models, conducting data analysis, and leveraging predictive insights. The role also offers opportunities to explore AI-driven solutions, test new measurement approaches, and shape how brands define success. This position is ideal for someone passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and solving marketing challenges with analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3+ years in marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions (Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) to implement and manage ETL pipelines (dbt).
  • Expertise in SQL for complex data manipulation, optimization, and deriving insights from large datasets.
  • Experience working with ad tech and digital marketing data.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks (media mix modeling, lift testing, incrementality testing).
  • Advanced proficiency in visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to build scalable dashboards and reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis, workflow automation, and statistical modeling.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead strategic analytics projects, especially measurement frameworks, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • Partner across functions (product, media, engineering, analytics, strategy) to influence KPIs, business planning, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the analytics request process from intake to client delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
  • Support the development and maintenance of custom analytics solutions, including data sourcing, SQL, and data visualization.
  • Create clear, comprehensive media reporting that ties performance to customer actions and business KPIs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, Client Strategy, Data Science, Engineering) to design, implement, and validate measurement strategies.
  • Mentor team members in data visualization and data engineering, ensuring high-quality work.
  • Stay current with marketing measurement trends, tools, and best practices to contribute to thought leadership and drive innovation.
