Requirements

• US Citizen or dual citizen eligible for Public Trust Clearance
• Experience with predictive statistical modeling or analytical techniques.
• Ability to use analytical tools to evaluate client, market, and performance data.
• Experience supporting software development lifecycle activities (requirements, documentation, testing, or coding).
• Skill in performing root cause analysis for data or processing issues.
• Capability to collaborate with clients or stakeholders to define business requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience maintaining or improving batch processes.
• Background in developing new business solutions through analytics.
• Familiarity with integrating analytics into mission‑focused decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Develop business insights using predictive statistical modeling.
• Generate and improve decision‑making by modeling client, market, and performance data aligned with client mission goals.
• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and maintain batch processes.
• Support all stages of the software development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, creating functional documentation, performing testing, and contributing to code development.
• Conduct root cause analysis for processing failures or bugs and drive improvements.
• Respond to data requests and perform business analytics to help design new solutions.
