$86,600 - $144,300Hybrid

About The Position

At The Cigna Group, data, analytics, and AI shape decisions that improve health outcomes, make care more affordable, and help build a healthcare system that works better for everyone. The Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is how we grow the next generation of AI-native analytics leaders: individuals who can build modern AI-enabled solutions, work fluently alongside AI, and lead teams that turn data into measurable business and clinical impact. The Program ALDP is a 4–5-year leadership development program built around three 12–18-month rotations across analytics, data science, and AI teams supporting our businesses. Over the course of the program, you will: Rotate through a mix of technical depth assignments (data science, AI product, MLOps/platform, and AI product builder roles within our AI Innovation Office) and business-impact assignments (clinical analytics, affordability, customer experience, provider, and network analytics). Gain exposure to a range of working environments - from scaling analytics in established teams to contributing in fast-moving, R&D-style settings where new AI-powered products are rapidly prototyped and tested. Be paired with mentors, coaches, and sponsors empowering you to meet your goals and help you plan each next move. Move through a structured technical and leadership development experience designed to build both analytic capabilities and leadership skills. Build breadth and depth through rotations that prepare you for future analytics, AI, and product leadership roles.
