Each customer should feel like they are the only customer, and the team's job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. The Apple Store Online Operations team is seeking an Analytics Lead to join their Workforce Strategy & Analytics (WSA) group. This role is at the intersection of business strategy, analytical rigor, and technical execution. The individual will serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders, translating complex business challenges into clear metrics frameworks and data-driven insights that shape how Apple's largest store performs, plans, and grows. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical depth, with the ability to ask the right questions, define KPIs that drive accountability, and build the infrastructure to answer them with confidence.
