About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and support analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that drive business and client decision-making. This role combines business intelligence, data engineering, automation, and AI technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and actionable insights.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
Experience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
SQL skills and experience using Python for analytics or automation.
Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
Experience building automation solutions using Python, APIs, AI frameworks, or workflow tools.
Experience with Alteryx, AWS cloud services, or modern data platforms.
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics and reporting environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Build data transformation, analytics, and reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, and related technologies.
Analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Partner with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
Create reusable data models, reporting standards, and automation frameworks.
Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency.
Document solutions and provide support for production reporting environments.
