About The Position

This Associate role sits within the Corporate & Investment Banking Analytics team and delivers business performance analysis and decision-oriented insights across CIB. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to frame business questions, connect financial and operational information, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Business storytelling is central to the position. The Associate will turn complex analysis into concise, executive-ready narratives that explain performance drivers, implications, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. The role is expected to move beyond compiling information or producing recurring reports by proactively identifying where management attention may be required. The role also supports proactive expense management, including analysis of expense drivers and client recovery effectiveness. It acts as an analytical conduit among CIB, Finance, Product Control, Operations, Technology, and Business Management. The Associate will use information from these partners to provide business-led analysis and help management take informed action.
