Analytics and Insights Engineer III - Tableau Developer

As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III - Tableau Developer on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support client reporting and analytics needs. You will translate business requirements into dashboard layouts, calculations, filters, and data visualizations. You will connect, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to support accurate and reliable reporting outputs. You will perform testing, troubleshooting, and updates to improve dashboard functionality, usability, and data quality. You will collaborate with project team members, stakeholders, and data professionals to support delivery of analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph required
- 5+ years of experience in Tableau development or data visualization, including integrating Tableau with data sources
- 1+ years of experience in dashboard design, data analytics and modeling, and functional requirements development
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the client site in Chantilly, Virginia
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
- 1+ year of experience integrating data from relational, flat-file, and cloud-based data sources
- 1+ year of experience supporting government or public sector clients
- 1+ year of experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes or tools
- 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools
- Tableau certification
