Analytics Agentic AI Intern
About The Position
The tms Summer Internship Program aims to provide hands-on experience working with clients and cross-functional teams, while also promoting numerous networking and relationship-building opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and peers. Interns will integrate across various business units and departments, focusing on team-building and strengths-building. The program includes participation in real client projects and a Capstone project pitched at the program's end. Interns will also attend panels, lunch & learns, and group activities focused on career guidance and best practices, with the goal of fostering future talent and innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
- GPA: 3.0 or higher
- Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an Analytical mindset
- Resourceful and a proactive self-starter
- Passion for AI, innovation, emerging technology, or data science
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and new digital tools
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Nice To Haves
- Interest in marketing, product development, or procurement is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Support the Sourcing team with day-to-day AI model development and testing.
- Assist with data preparation, analysis, and organization for forecasting and benchmarking tools.
- Participate in cross-functional innovation sessions.
- Help track action items.
- Collaborate with Production, Client Services, Creative, and Technology teams to support AI-led projects.
- Conduct research into emerging trends in AI, automation, materials, and product innovation.
- Learn how AI can improve decision-making around cost, quality, sustainability, and product performance.
