About The Position

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing a unique range of analytical testing services. This role will primarily provide HPLC/UPLC troubleshooting support for several instruments (60-80% of the time), while dedicating the remaining 20-40% to supporting the formulations group. The position involves executing and troubleshooting small molecule analytical methods, conducting literature research to optimize formulations, performing data analysis, preparing data for presentations, and assisting in generating technical reports. The role also requires initiating and performing investigations, writing protocols, and collaborating effectively with internal and external groups.

Requirements

  • Excellent experience operating HPLC/UPLC and analyzing data for analytical methods.
  • Understanding of experimentation and data analysis using Empower software (Version III).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific findings and recommendations in one-on-one discussions and departmental meetings.
  • Excellent technical writing experience such as protocols, reports, and SOPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
  • Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HPLC/UPLC troubleshooting support for several instruments.
