About The Position

The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an analytic methodologist, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to develop processes and approaches to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation's leaders. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand AI governance. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for US IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with supporting military intelligence
  • 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, including expertise in ICD-203
  • Experience with developing and applying methods, models, and algorithms to structured data sets to address intelligence questions
  • Experience with promoting organizational synchronization across the IC and national partners
  • Ability to succeed on cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of commonly used IC databases and tools and quantitative methodologies
  • Ability to develop analytic strategies, methodologies, assessments, and SOPs pertaining to All-Source Intelligence Production
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis, or 12+ years of experience with analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • 12+ years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting military intelligence
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Knowledge of object-based intelligence
  • Ability to pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodologies
  • Ability to work a non-standard or shift schedule
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
