About The Position

Peraton is seeking an experienced Analytic Lead to provide oversight and guidance to a team using multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The lead analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience;
  • Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
  • Experience using visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
  • Prior experience leading analytic teams within the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
  • Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of all-source analysts and guiding the team to answer key intelligence questions;
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
