About The Position

This role involves providing analytical support for threat-related information and entities. The Analytic Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, preparing products, and representing the activity in various working groups. The position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with stakeholders and government agencies.

Requirements

  • With a bachelor’s degree, 4 years of demonstrated experience in a related field is required.
  • With an associate degree, 7 years of experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include SharePoint and Access.
  • Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance.
  • US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Computer skills required: MS Office Suite skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to others
  • Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company’s goals

  • Ability to manage individual workflow effectively and improve processes when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for stakeholders and facilities.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations.
  • Coordinate communications.
  • Conduct analytical and critical thinking.
  • Develop innovative projects to strategically and tactically analyze threat related information and entities.
  • Provide reactive data analysis support in response to requests from FBI Headquarters, field offices, and other Government agencies.
  • Perform quality control of processes and products produced.
  • Write clear, concise and timely products threat identify, analyze and collate disparate pieces of information.
  • Gather, analyze, evaluate and prepare recommendations on threat and risk matters.
  • Compare and contrast information from different sources.
  • Prepare, produce, and disseminate both scheduled and unscheduled general products, such as briefings, studies, estimates, and assessments memoranda.
  • Represent activity in working groups (both internal and external) and committees as substantive authority in subject areas.
  • Define critical intelligence topics and initiate comprehensive or unique research efforts on topics related to extensive or speculative analytical projects.
  • Define overall analytical objectives in relation to existing or proposed policy and identify required analytical resources.
  • Make assessments as to overall resource capability to answer existing/projected requirements and identify resource shortfalls.
  • Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures.
