About The Position

Solution SFT is seeking a Web Development Support Analyst for a client project in the public sector in Quebec City. This role involves remote work, with potential travel to ministry offices at their discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent (absence of degree compensated by 6 additional years of experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 2 years (24 effective months) of experience in content management system administration/configuration.
• Minimum 2 years (24 effective months) with Nginx, Apache HTTP Server, PHP, and MySQL under Linux.
• Minimum 1 year (12 effective months) in Linux Shell scripting.
• Minimum 1 year (12 effective months) with DevOps and Git pipelines (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Administering TYPO3 content management system environments, survey tools (LimeSurvey), secure web document sharing tools (Nextcloud), and wikis (Dokuwiki).
• Writing guides and standards for software installation and configuration.
• Providing support for web server operations (preparing the web and database server components).
• Writing documents identified as relevant.
• Participating in other activities related to middleware (cloud computing, single sign-on, load testing, debugging, etc.).
