Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism French/English
- Excellent IT, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingual (French – English) mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate appropriately with customers, partners and all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Track and enter data (discounts and pricing lists) on client platforms
- Manage client pricing and keep price lists up to date (liaise with the finance department)
- Serve as “bid captain” and monitor online calls for bids
- Collaborate with account managers to prepare government bids
- Analyze the effectiveness of discounts in government bids
- Provide recommendations and maintain a strong results-oriented approach when responding to bids
- Validate the implementation and analyze the effectiveness of discounts in major accounts, tenders, etc.
- Manage the reconciliation of deductions and work to resolve discrepancies
- If necessary, attend client and/or finance meetings with account managers to provide support
