Requirements

Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), ETL processes, and analytics.
Experience with analytical programming using Python.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of supply chain and international freight is an asset.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of performance indicators.
Gather reporting requirements and dashboard needs from stakeholders.
Participate in business analysis activities to identify reporting opportunities.
Communicate trends and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present insights effectively.
Create and maintain regular reports and KPI dashboards using PowerBI.
Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to support business objectives.
Perform large-scale data analysis to generate actionable insights.
Identify opportunities through ad hoc analysis and trend evaluation to improve KPIs.
Support business stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of reports for internal and external users.
Provide reporting and analytics support as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of report quality.
Deliver training and guidance to users on generating ad hoc reports.
Drive task automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Travel as required based on departmental and project needs.
