About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a functional analyst with solid experience in their area of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis, including 2 years in a digital transformation context
• Proficiency in modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Enterprise Architect)
• Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies
• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Rigor and results orientation
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and writing skills in French

Nice To Haves

• CBAP, PMI-PBA certifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze the functional needs of users and systems
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design appropriate solutions
• Participate in the modeling of business processes (BPMN, UML)
• Validate requirements with stakeholders
• Ensure traceability of needs throughout the project
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
• Document analyses and decisions made
