Your mission: Ensure the reliability of results, the quality of reporting, and provide concrete analyses that help the plant manage its costs, productivity, and priorities. You will work in a structured environment (controls, compliance) and a very operational setting (field, flows, production).

Requirements

  • A degree in finance / accounting / management (or equivalent).
  • First experience in manufacturing finance / management control / plant FP&A (ideally).
  • Good command of Excel; comfortable with SAP and data extractions; Power BI is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, a taste for concrete results, and the ability to explain figures to non-financial people.
  • Rigor, sense of control, and ability to work during closing periods.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly financial closing on SAP: Actively contribute to a smooth and robust closing: Monitor transactions via Cockpit and WebCycle reports. Manage blocked invoices (MRBR) and resolve discrepancies (exceptions, reconciliations, root causes). Participate in pre-closing validations (accumulations, orders, financial flows, controls). Prepare and enter specific accounting entries.
  • Financial reporting & steering: Produce deliverables that aid decision-making: Plant financial statements (actual vs. PO vs. OL) and SAP extractions for site/corporate teams. Contribute to steering tools (scorecards, dashboards, "bowlers") with an "insights" logic rather than just "reporting". Coordinate and distribute financial documents (e.g., R&D invoicing, ad hoc reporting).
  • Performance analysis (added value): Highlight variances, trends, and levers: Actual vs. PO vs. OL analyses, validation of monthly results, business interpretation. Support analyses via Power BI and SAP reports to help operations & management make quick and sound decisions. Provide pragmatic recommendations (opportunities, risks, action plans).
  • Operational support & continuity: Be a trusted finance resource on site: Support SAP processes (invoicing, flow monitoring, reporting) and ad hoc internal requests. Contribute to the SAP environment transition (P23 to P80) and practice stabilization. Transmit necessary data to the Group to maintain USMCA (CUSMA/T-MEC) accreditation.
  • Compliance, controls & audits (SOX): Help secure the closing and data quality: Participate in financial controls and SOX requirements (rigor, traceability, process adherence). Support audits and Group requests. Contribute to annual inventories.
