About The Position

Sanimax is recruiting on behalf of its partner company, Entosystem, an environmentally focused organization specializing in the production of high-value organic fertilizers and proteins through innovative insect farming methods. Founded in 2016, Entosystem has become one of the largest insect producers in North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support sustainable and circular solutions for the agri-food industry.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Expertise in financial modeling and excellent command of Excel.
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into concrete recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive-level stakeholders.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• CPA, CFA, MBA title or other relevant certification.
• Experience in a high-growth company ('scale-up').
• Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions and investments.
• Monitor expenses and identify optimization opportunities with managers.
• Produce profitability, margin, ROI, and financial performance analyses.
• Define and track financial and operational KPIs.
• Prepare monthly business reviews (MBR) as well as communications for investors and management.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of financial processes.
