About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Technology Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide technical support to users and teams of the Ville de Québec. The selected candidate will be the point of contact for resolving incidents and improving infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in IT, networks, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical infrastructure support
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
  • Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix)
  • Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team spirit and collaboration
  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Client and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in French

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (asset)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support (level 2 and 3) for IT infrastructures
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems (servers, networks, applications)
  • Collaborate with network, security, and development teams
  • Participate in change and update management
  • Document solutions and support procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructures
  • Train users and teams on best practices
  • Ensure follow-up of tickets and support requests
