About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for an analyst in maintenance and evolution to support the City of Quebec in the maintenance and improvement of its IT infrastructure. The selected person will analyze evolution needs and propose solutions to optimize existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis
• Knowledge of IT infrastructures (servers, networks, cloud)
• Proficiency in analysis and monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, Azure Monitor)
• Experience with ITIL methodologies
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Client and results orientation

Nice To Haves

• ITIL v4 certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

Responsibilities

• Analyze the maintenance and evolution needs of infrastructures
• Identify improvement opportunities (performance, costs, security)
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define priorities
• Write specifications and technical specifications
• Participate in the planning of updates and migrations
• Ensure follow-up of changes and their impact on systems
• Document processes and recommendations
• Contribute to the reduction of infrastructure-related risks
