Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in asset management, ETFs, or a related financial services role
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial markets, investment products, and portfolio construction

Nice To Haves

  • Progress toward CFA or other relevant designation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support ETF business development efforts through collaboration with sales teams, contributing to client engagement and market growth initiatives.
  • Assist in developing materials and insights related to Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction to support advisor conversations and client outcomes.
  • Partner with ETF specialists, Innovator Sales, and broader GS sales teams to support distribution efforts across channels.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and market updates related to ETF strategies.
  • Support advisor and client inquiries by providing data, analytics, and product information.
  • Contribute to portfolio implementation discussions by developing analysis and illustrative use cases for ETF strategies.
  • Track sales activity and maintain reporting to help identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings, client calls, and events, providing logistical and analytical support.
