About The Position

Analyst will support end-to-end servicing operations across the Insurance policy lifecycle while ensuring operational excellence, customer retention, regulatory compliance, and a superior customer experience.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills while interacting with customers, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing activities across multiple insurance carrier partners while ensuring adherence to carrier-specific guidelines and internal SLAs.
• Review policies for underwriting requirements, prior cancellations, payment status, and eligibility to facilitate seamless policy servicing and renewals.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance carriers, mortgage lenders, and internal stakeholders to resolve servicing requests and maintain uninterrupted coverage throughout the first policy term.
• Track premium payments, escrow transactions, and outstanding requirements to ensure timely policy servicing and policy retention.
• Support customer retention initiatives by identifying coverage gaps, facilitating policy updates, and assisting with alternative carrier placement when required.
• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other servicing transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication through calls and emails while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Quoting, Renewals, Carrier Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver timely customer resolutions.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills while interacting with customers, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and supporting quality initiatives.
