Analysts build the foundational knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to support clients and advisory teams at a high level. Working alongside experienced advisors, Analysts gain exposure to financial planning, client service, and business operations while participating in structured training, coaching, and hands-on development opportunities. Through meaningful client work and continuous learning, Analysts develop the capabilities needed to take on increasing responsibility and grow within the advisory profession. As an Analyst, you will participate in the Analyst Training Program (ATP), a structured development experience designed to build the foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to support clients and grow your career at Brighton Jones. The program combines formal training, hands-on learning, coaching, mentorship, and practical application to help Analysts develop the capabilities required for long-term success. During the program, you will: Complete required onboarding, training, and licensing milestones, including preparation for and completion of the Series 65 examination. Participate in classroom-based and real-world learning designed to build foundational financial planning, client service, and business knowledge. Apply learning through guided practice, job shadowing, and progressively challenging client-related work assignments. Partner closely with a dedicated Training Partner and People Manager who will provide coaching, feedback, and support throughout the program. Build relationships across the firm through collaboration with teammates, mentors, and cross-functional partners. Develop an understanding of the Brighton Jones client experience, business model, and career development framework. Progress toward demonstrated proficiency in key Analyst competencies and ATP graduation requirements. Program Length: The program is designed to be completed within 6 – 12 months. Timing may vary based on licensing completion, demonstrated proficiency against defined Analyst competencies, quality and consistency of work, and readiness for increasingly independent assignments. Completion & Graduation: Successful completion confirms that the Analyst has demonstrated the program’s foundational competencies. Future career progression will be evaluated separately based on sustained performance, demonstrated readiness, credential requirements, business needs, and the firm’s promotion process.
