Analyst
About The Position
The Analyst is a data integration and reporting specialist supporting the retirement planning division of Shuster Advisory Group. The role works closely with team members to build foundational knowledge of retirement plans, including 401(k), 457(b), 401(a), 403(b), and defined benefit plans, while gaining experience in reporting, analytics, and client service. The Analyst integrates data from multiple sources into cohesive presentations and reports, prepares reports monitoring plan participation, performance, and costs, and assists with client and prospect presentations. The role also participates in client meetings and report deliveries and performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with financial analysis and FP&A; noted as a plus but not required.
- Experience with retirement plans, including 401(k), 457(b), 401(a), 403(b), and defined benefit plans; noted as a plus but not required.
