Analyst: Earned Value Management System (EVMS) (Onsite)
About The Position
Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks. Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines. Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance. Actively support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities. Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer. Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review). Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 1-2 years of analytical and trending skills
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

- Earned Value experience and analytical problem-solving skills with knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP, Primavera, Cobra)
- General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principle
