About The Position
CAC, a Baldwin company, is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Structured Solutions Group as First-Year Analysts. Analysts work directly with senior bankers on live transactions across private debt and insurance placements. This is a two-to-three-year program designed to build deep technical skills and provide significant direct exposure to clients and institutional investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
- Tenacity, persuasiveness, and networking and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling aptitude and skills strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models
- Prepare pitchbooks, CIMs, and board presentations
- Conduct industry and company research; support due diligence
- Assist with all aspects of transaction execution
- Effectively work across the firm with other practice groups
- Interface directly with clients and investors
