The program offers a comprehensive understanding of global banking/finance and an insider's perspective through serving multinational clients with complex financial needs. The Sponsor Finance & Direct Lending unit focuses on evaluating and underwriting direct loans and credit exposures to Private Equity-owned non-investment grade borrowers. Analysts in this unit support origination, syndication, monitoring, and relationship management functions, assessing risk factors, determining risk ratings, and actively managing credit for potential upgrades or downgrades to maximize net income and minimize credit costs. The role involves supporting deal teams in developing and analyzing financing structures, including leveraged capital markets and other product areas, and supporting credit analysis for structured credit transactions.
