About The Position

Enterprise Compliance Office – Optimization (ECO – Optimization) modernizes the Compliance target operating model across people, process, and technology, accelerating the division's transition to an AI-forward workforce. We identify and prioritize opportunities, develop and execute business-specific solutions, and manage delivery to measurable results — driving product and process efficiencies, risk recalibration, and cultural innovation. Our AI and innovation strategy spans governance and risk, optimization capability and scale, and culture and upskilling. As Analyst in ECO-Optimization, you will focus primarily in our AI and innovation strategy while supporting broader process optimization, product delivery and program management efforts as priorities evolve. Alongside colleagues and stakeholders across regions, you will learn how large-scale change is identified, designed, delivered and measured.
