Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Working towards a BA/BS in a relevant field (i.e.- finance, economics, math, engineering, computer science).
GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred.
Ability to start full-time employment on July 12, 2027.
Willingness to work onsite in assigned office.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

Previous relevant internship experience is a plus.
Python or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support real client engagements from the start — helping to structure and execute derivative trades, model complex financing structures, or analyze client exposures across interest rates, FX, and commodities.
Support strategic decision-making through activities like valuations, market research, and data management.
Learn from experienced professionals through mentorship, team-based learning, and structured feedback.
Complete six firmwide courses led by senior leaders.
Take on more responsibility, manage client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership as expertise and judgment develop.
Work with the technologies that power our solutions, gaining exposure to how tech and data are reshaping financial services.
