Requirements

  • Strong SQL (Structured Query Language) skills
  • 1+ years’ work experience
  • 1+ years’ experience with communication automation tools and/or CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Excel, HTML, Jira, Gitlab
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to support business goals and requirements
  • Strong quantitative and data analytical skills to monitor and identify trends or risks
  • Aptitude to manage multiple tasks by demonstrating project planning, project management, organization, and time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proven record of building and adhering to processes to ensure efficiency
  • Managing external vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and testing of all Marketing, Servicing, and Regulatory communications for the Marcus Savings business.
  • Manage the operations and deployment of new customer communications (direct mail, email, InApp, Banners, Push) and monitor delivery and enhancement of existing communications.
  • Interpret communication requirements, set up workflows and segmentation lists, perform HTML edits for emails, and conduct rigorous campaign testing for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure input and alignment.
  • Work with external vendors to support communication deployment.
  • Review existing deployment processes, audit communications and SOPs, and identify areas for improvement in speed to market or reduction of operational risk, in partnership with Business Controls teams.
  • Create a communications execution calendar and project manage all work in the team queue, maintaining the calendar on an ongoing basis.
  • Partner with customer retention counterparts to define campaign requirements for net new communications.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance communications in close collaboration with technology and product partners.
  • Build, test, and launch customer communications for both direct mail and email programs to meet business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Perform regular manual auditing and validation of communications to ensure accuracy, and research each discrepancy.
  • Build and maintain relationships across various functional teams (Product, Creative Services, Data Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Contact Center, Business Controls, etc.) to enable ongoing collaboration.
  • Develop clear KPI reporting to ensure growth and operational targets are met, and identify emerging trends or risks.
  • Manage third-party vendors for deployment of communication and account fulfillment activities.
