We are seeking Investment Banking Analysts who are intellectually curious, technically strong, and excited to play a meaningful role in shaping our growing franchise. You will be embedded within the Energy & Energy Transition sector coverage team, supporting execution across M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory, and leveraged finance transactions. This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where initiative is valued and high performance is visible. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, accounting/audit, or within the energy or infrastructure sector
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and investment banking products, with energy experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and valuation
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to contribute to team building and culture

Nice To Haves

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 79) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Support deal execution, including preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials
  • Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate across internal teams and client counterparties
  • Actively participate in client meetings and deal discussions
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support origination and client strategy
  • Engage directly with senior bankers and clients, contributing to live transactions and developing strategic insights
