Analyst, Valuation Management
About The Position
SitusAMC is looking for passionate individuals to join their team and transform client businesses and their own careers. This position will be responsible for assisting with the quarterly valuation management process for institutional consulting engagements. The role involves reviewing and analyzing final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, as well as performing portfolio analytics. Analysts will collaborate closely with the team to complete these processes. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above - Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus
Responsibilities
- Performing valuation reviews
- Manage quarterly workflow to produce on time deliveries
- Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
- Review 3rd party reports
- Develop reviews and other deliverables
- Work independently on projects and collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
- Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
