About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting an Order to Cash Business Process Analyst. Johnson & Johnson MedTech provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson MedTech franchises. Johnson & Johnson America’s Excellence US Order to Cash Business Process Enablement & Reliability team is part of Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all Johnson & Johnson MedTech Companies. Deliver strives to deliver exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices sector and located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates. America’s Excellence US & BPO Group is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority. This role will be part of US Order to Cash Business Process Enablement & Reliability, reporting to the Manager Business Process Enablement, Surgery, EP, &Neuro. The OTC Business Enablement Analyst will be a key partner in deployment of enhanced business processes, and root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact MedTech franchises while maintaining a customer centric focus. They will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT and Compliance to ensure that integrated approaches are provided. This role will support changes related to process improvements, enhancements, and break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system. They will be responsible for testing, performing root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact the Medical Technology franchises.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, IT or business focus preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Validated experience in testing methodology
  • Process oriented
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution Module
  • Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirement
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with technical competence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully balance multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to meet commitments.
  • Strong Excel, SharePoint skills.

  • Demonstrated use of continuous improvement tools and methodology such as, Process Excellence, LEAN, and project management, to evaluate, challenge, and optimize business processes.

  • Detailed understanding of Surgery business processes and data within and across areas
  • Experience using Supply Chain tech platforms (e.g. JIRA, Solman, IRIS etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert with multi-functional team members for Surgery, EP, &Neuro OTC processes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to the impacted business partners.
  • Maintains a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
  • Accountable for communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system improvements
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, compliance, and IT organizations to develop end to end strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
  • Designing and maintaining business process flows handled within the OTC platform.
  • Attend project status review, system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
  • Accountable for business simulation and user acceptance testing.
