About The Position

The Analyst position will be part of the Treasury Bank Governance and Administration team. Responsibilities of this role will include work that touches on bank fees, security administration, SOX controls and support of project implementations. This position will backup the Sr. Analysts for various treasury related responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager to assist in ongoing various projects supporting the banking needs of the enterprise. The Analyst will also support upper management in various ad hoc analysis, as required.

Requirements

1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Excel and Outlook)
1+ years of strong written and oral communication skills, across various levels of management

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and resolution of all bank fee management cases. Contribute to bank fee forecasting process.
Assist with preparation of GL entries supporting the bank fee process.
Prepare responses for quarterly SOX controls. Communicate with audit through Audit Board. Ensure compliance with SOX deadlines
Support the Security Administration team by assisting with the fulfillment of access / entitlement requests. Track / manage access via team database.
