Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, KPI development, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and data visualization; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, with the ability to extract, analyze, and validate system data.
  • Strong understanding of Procurement, MRP, material planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain standardized reports and metrics across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise information for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet recurring reporting requirements, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must work well as a member of a team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA Preferred.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards covering Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, inventory, supplier performance, and material availability.
  • Monitor spend, purchase price variance, cost savings, supplier performance, purchase order activity, PR/PO compliance, lead times, and other Procurement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor planning accuracy, material availability, MRP performance, planned order and process order activity, shortages, schedule adherence, rescheduling, and other Planning metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations for Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain, and site leadership.
  • Ensure data used for Supply Chain reporting is accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned across SAP and other systems; investigate discrepancies and work with functional teams to correct data issues.
  • Provide data analysis and scenario modeling to support purchasing decisions, supplier strategy, inventory management, capacity planning, and broader Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Prepare Procurement and Planning performance summaries, management reports, presentations, and analysis for Supply Chain leadership and site leadership meetings.
