Analyst, State Dispute Operations

Pivotal Health•New York, NY
•$26 - $30

About The Position

The State Dispute Analyst handles the day-to-day filing and tracking of Pivotal Health’s state-level healthcare reimbursement disputes. The role prepares and submits disputes through state portals, agencies, and arbitration entities, and tracks deadlines and fees while maintaining accurate case records from filing through resolution. Because each state has different procedures, deadlines, forms, fees, and submission rules, the analyst follows state-by-state references closely and flags changes or discrepancies. The position is part of the dispute operations team and collaborates with analytics and product teams to maintain clean case data. It suits someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with fast-changing, high-volume work, and interested in building expertise in healthcare reimbursement.
