Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required
  • 1 – 4 years’ experience of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Financial analysis, Quantitative analysis planning, and Analytical skills
  • Ability to understand Accounting and Finance Principles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and Vlookups within Excel.
  • Strong communications, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to manage daily function with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development of long-range plans to achieve objectives for growth and profitability.
  • Conducts studies for management in a number of areas including financial and operational.
  • Assists in forecast and analyzes trends in finance.
  • Responsible for computing and reporting financial measurements for Upper Level management.
  • Serves as finance lead for assigned business unit, including compiling and analyzing all financial information.
  • Prepares and distributes monthly financial review package to management.
  • Prepares, forecasts, and analyzes trends in revenue, expenses, and other related areas.
  • Works with finance management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those objectives.
  • Assists with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans.
  • Carries out performance analysis and reporting.
  • Works with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users.
  • Performs month-end review of results to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyzes actual results to understand variances, and revises projections as appropriate.
  • Supports department managers, director, and vice president.
