IPC is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Ops & Pricing Analytics Analyst that plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of IPC's pricing operations. This position is responsible for ensuring pricing data accuracy, supporting key pricing processes, maintaining reporting and forecasting tools, and providing analytical support across sourcing categories. This role serves as an operational backbone for the Supply Chain Analytics team and as a primary analytical and operational support resource for the Strategic Sourcing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and process-driven, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results in a fast-paced environment. This individual helps maintain consistency, reliability, and visibility across pricing activities while supporting ongoing process improvements and operational excellence. The position collaborates closely with Sourcing category leads, Logistics, Finance, Technology, Distribution, and other stakeholders across the business to ensure pricing information remains accurate, actionable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with landed cost concepts, FOB pricing, or forecasting processes is a plus
  • experience with Power Query, Smartsheet, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar BI and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn; experience querying databases to support pricing analysis is a plus
  • Prior experience with pricing, forecasting, or landed cost reporting in a supply chain or foodservice environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the produce sourcing team as their primary analytical and operational support for weekly pricing execution, including troubleshooting pricing tool issues, resolving data discrepancies, validating landed costs, and managing landed cost report related activities
  • Support the monthly landed cost report (LCR) process by validating cost data, resolving discrepancies, and helping ensure timely publication
  • Support the execution of pricing changes, promotions, contract updates, and other pricing maintenance activities in internal systems
  • Maintain and update pricing records, forecasts, and related data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations & Excellence to support pricing audits, validate pricing accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct routine quality checks to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in pricing data
  • Respond promptly to pricing inquiries, escalating complex issues as appropriate
  • Support analysis and adoption of new pricing, sourcing, and operational datasets and reporting tools across the business
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and user support for pricing tools and reporting platforms
  • Serve as backup support for critical pricing operations, ensuring business continuity across key processes and reporting cycles
  • Manage the FOB forecast process and other recurring pricing forecasts, including compiling inputs, validating data, and maintaining forecast accuracy
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring pricing reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide visibility into pricing, sourcing, and operational performance
  • Track pricing trends and variances, flagging notable changes for review
  • Compile and organize data from multiple sources to support broader team analyses and business reviews
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day pricing questions and requests from internal teams and external partners
  • Work collaboratively with team members to gather, validate, and communicate pricing
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute accurate data to support team discussions and decision-making across supply chain
  • Help establish and refine pricing procedures and workflows as the team continues to evolve, ensuring consistency and compliance with data management standards
  • Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Stay current on team tools, systems, and internal processes; proactively seek guidance and training as needed
  • Support cross-training efforts and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, business processes, and critical pricing activities to promote operational continuity and knowledge sharing
  • Perform other job-related functions as needed
