About The Position

The Analyst - Site Operations serves as the primary program management lead for the campaigns within the User Generated Content team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day campaign exceptions and ensuring program integrity across all campaign initiatives. The analyst will monitor member and vendor performance, analyze campaign and appliance-level results, and track non-campaign member performance and churn using the Q scorecard. This role owns post-purchase campaign performance tracking across both online and in-store channels, and oversees monitoring of incentivized review programs. The analyst will work cross-functionally with UGC leadership, vendors, and program members to keep performance on track and drive continuous improvement across the campaign ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).
  • 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Become the subject matter expert for assigned product category online. Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements associated with assigned projects.
  • Responsible for category product data projects and status reporting SKU collection and maintenance, product cross merchandising online, product presentation, etc.
  • Measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets. Develop and execute ongoing enhancement/optimization strategy based on measured performance and customer feedback.
  • Responsible for prioritizing projects, tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate integrated teams from one or more external agencies or functional organizations supporting managed initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise - store sku alignment, online product availability, etc.
  • Ability to author clear, concise end user/training materials for processes.
