About The Position

We are hiring an Analyst, Service & Accessories Planning to join our Production Control team! DISCOVER Are you a data-driven professional who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans that support customer satisfaction and inventory performance? In this role, you will facilitate the Service and Accessories SIOP cadence, analyze demand trends, and maintain planning parameters that ensure the right parts are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support our service and accessories portfolio, which includes a wide range of products that support the lifecycle of the Watkins Wellness brands. This is a unique role with high autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on service levels and inventory performance. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT Can you lead a SIOP rhythm for service and accessories? Facilitate the planning cycle, align demand and supply signals, and drive continuous improvement that balances product availability with inventory investment. Are you fluent in product lifecycle planning? Support new product introductions and end-of-life transitions by developing planning strategies such as last-time-buy quantities, safety stock recommendations, and inventory disposition plans. Do you turn data into action ? Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor key KPIs including fill rate, backorders, forecast accuracy, and slow-moving inventory, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Do you thrive in cross ‑functional work? Be the key link between Operations, Product Management, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Technical Support, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure our supply chain strategies support customer satisfaction and business goals. Are you hands ‑on with ERP and MRP? Maintain item master data and planning parameters, run reports, support inventory adjustments, and support planning precision using ERP data. Do you enjoy autonomy and visibility? Support planning for a high-SKU service and accessories portfolio where analytical thinking, bias for action, and crisp communication make a measurable difference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in supply chain or operations planning.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • ERP proficiency (Navision, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Experience leading or supporting SIOP and cross‑functional planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with strong analytical skills and advanced experience in Excel or dashboard tools are preferred.
  • Aftermarket or service parts experience preferred, including understanding of service demand patterns and lifecycle dynamics.
  • APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD are pluses, not requirements.
