This role ensures the maintenance and compliance of NGHS job classification and compensation programs. The incumbent frequently uses independent judgement to provide recommendations to leaders related to compensation initiatives. The position supports the daily needs of the department and broader range objectives including data management, survey participation, and job evaluation. It requires cross-functional collaboration with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, HRIS, and Benefits specialists to maintain compensation programs.
